Notes: This Tour Only Phantom X T5 is the same head design played by FedEx Cup champion Patrick Cantlay! It was recently restored by Black Oxide Services in California with a Tour quality Matte Black finish. The sole plate and Circle T weights were left untouched and are completely original to the head. It is in perfect condition aside from a tiny nick on the back edge of the sole plate. Actual item pictured.
